We are occasionally privileged to see some fascinating and unusual formations in clouds... and there's some pretty everyday stuff that we often take for granted. Here are a few photographs to use in constructing your own sky presentation.

	Fog is a cloud with its base on the ground. Normally we view this from inside, but it can pose a pretty site in the distance.
	A sharp deliniation can form where air masses of different characteristics meet.
	Jets frequently make "clouds." If the air is close to 100% humidity, the added vapor from the engine's exhaust can give it just the push to make clouds of ice crystals.The shorter the contrail, the drier the air.
	When clouds are backlit, crepuscular rays can be seen streaking through holes in the clouds. This is a reflection off particles in the atmosphere.
	When the combination of temperature, humidity, and droplet size are just right, rain falls.
	Thunderstorms are some of the most awe-inspiring, and potentially dangerous, of atmospheric phenomena.
	Funnel cloud formation in thunderstorms gives cause for alarm. Tornado potential is great.
	Funnel clouds can form over bodies of water, too. If the cloud touches the water, you have a waterspout.
	Rain occasionally falls.. but never strikes the ground. It turns back into vapor before reaching the surface. This is virga.
